CBORD Announces Record Results for Second Quarter

The CBORD Group, Inc., the leading provider of cashless and campus card systems, with over 600 installed customers across North America, announced record results for its second fiscal quarter, ending December 31, 2003.  With sales ahead 21% and profits ahead 59% of its record pace the year before, CBORD is enjoying a major growth surge in all markets.


Significant new customer additions for cashless/campus card systems in recent months include The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, St John’s College (MN), United Federation of Teachers,  SUNY Upstate Medical Center, Colorado Mountain College, Northwood University, Wenatchee Valley College, Mt. Sinai Medical Center, Cleveland Clinic, Univ. of South Carolina-Spartanburg, and Johnson and Wales University-Denver. [end] 

The OneCard from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, can now be used at three off-campus restaurants with more merchants set to join.

Students at Louisiana Tech University are using their campus card and Tech Express account at local merchants thanks to CBORD’s UGryd. The cards have been used for on-campus purchasing since the mid-1990s but this is the first foray into the community.
