New DoD biometrics coordinator

The Department of Defense’s Biometric Management Office has acquired a new hire, Joseph Guzman. He will be responsible for leading biometric policy implementation, strategic planning and stakeholder coordination.

Guzman was formally a senior economist at the Center for Naval Analyses Corp.

This is another significant step in promoting quicker implementation of competent biometrics in U.S. efforts in the global war on terrorism.
