Former Phoenix Planning and MAXIMUS leaders form identity consultancy Imadgen

Friday, May 25, 2007

A team of industry vets has formed a new company, Imadgen, to help state and federal agencies and corporations with identity management initiatives. Gary Glickman and Gene Costa, co-founders of Phoenix Planning and Evaluation (1990), sold to government contractor MAXIMUS in 1998. Two of their colleagues from MAXIMUS, Margaret Melhem and Cheryl Owens, have joined them at Imadgen. Laura Carter, with experience in well-known EBT and federal ID projects, rounds out the initial team.

The company’s focus, says Mr. Glickman, “is in the areas of identity management, health care access, benefit and service delivery, and emerging technologies such as NFC and new card types.” To learn more about the new company, visit www.Imadgen.com[end]
