Greek Company Diakinisis Employs RFID

Greek third-party logistics provider Diakinisis is employing EPC Gen 2 RFID tags and interrogators to track about 1,300 pallets daily at a distribution center it operates in Athens, RFID Journal reported Friday.

The company uses Alien Technology EPC Gen 2 Squiggle and M tags and ALR-8800 interrogators, the Journal reported, adding that Athens-based RFID systems integrator Business Effectiveness provided consulting and installation services for the deployment. [end] 

Corporate Art Force, a provider of art procurement services, announced it will be applying RFID tags on all artwork placed at client sites. The company’s portfolio includes over 13,000 pieces of artwork at more than 100 client sites in 40 different states.
