Monday, March 31, 2008

Voxeo Corporation and VoiceVerified Inc. announced a partnership to deliver VoiceVerified’s voice authentication technology to new and existing customers using Voxeo’s hosted IVR service.

Voice authentication enables companies to improve the caller experience by streamlining the login process and increasing security, doing away with forgettable PINs and passwords. VoiceVerified’s Unforgettable Password technology works with existing IVR systems, including Voxeo’s Prophecy IVR Platform, as a web service, or is easily added to any call center or phone system using Voxeo’s hosted IVR service. Voxeo is an employee-owned company with headquarters in Orlando, Fla. and London. VoiceVerified is based in New Hope, Pa. [end]
