bioMETRX Inc. initiates integration of personnel and assets of Sequiam Corp.

bioMETRX Inc. has commenced the integration of the assets and former personnel of Sequiam Corporation through a previously announced agreement with Biometric Investors, LLC.

In addition, Biometric Investors LLC has funded $250,000 to bioMETRX as part of the asset acquisition and financing agreement between the companies. [end] 

IntelliTrack has released an upgrade to its line of software applications with the announcement of IntelliTrack Fixed Assets Software.

Fixed Assets Software enables asset managers to perform regular physical inventories using a Windows CE/Mobile handheld computer. With RFID capability, personnel can quickly scan all asset tags in a given area. After inventory is performed reports can be run from IntelliTrack Fixed Assets software to determine if all assets have been accounted for.

GTX Corp announced that it has received its second commercial order from comfort and wellness footwear provider Aetrex Worldwide Inc. for 1,500 GPS devices.
