RFID start-up Mojix and Rush Tracking Systems, a consulting company offering a range of services to businesses adopting RFID technology, have announced a strategic reseller agreement. Under the agreement, Rush Tracking Systems will offer the Mojix STAR (Space Time Array Reader) system to its clients.

Last month, Mojix announced their STAR system, claiming it was capable of enhancing the range of low-cost passive RFID tags and potentially cutting the costs of large-scale tracking systems up to 25%. Rush Tracking Systems already claims a number of RFID industry leaders as partners.

AOptix announces partnership with SITA

AOptix Technologies announced that SITA, a specialist in air transport communications and information technology, has joined the AOptix Value Added Reseller program.

Under the partnership, SITA, who has customers in more than 200 countries which includes 300 airport locations, would be able to offer its customers AOptix solutions. These offerings include the InSight iris and face recognition product as an automated solution for airports to quickly and securely identify passengers at security checkpoints with documents such as biometric-enabled passports.

The Indian start-up ArrayShield Technologies has entered the two-factor authentication market in India and is looking for value-added resellers, managed service providers and system integrators to help it become a player in this field, which it estimates to be nearly Rs 2 billion.

Identive and NXP sign multi-year value added reseller agreement

Identive Group and NXP have signed a reseller agreement to enhance products offered by the companies. The initial agreement is a 3-year term that will leverage NFC and RFID technologies to further the reach of the companies. The companies hope to focus on NFC in new emerging markets.
