M2SYS technology selected by InvoTech

M2SYS Technology, a developer of fingerprint scanning solutions, has announced that its Bio-SnapON and M2-EasyScan products have been selected by InvoTech Systems, a developer of inventory tracking systems targeted at the hospitality industry, to provide customers with new technology.


Previously, InvoTech customers were using bar codes, RFID and touch tag technology to track employees. With the addition of M2SYS’ technology, InvoTech’s customers will be able to authenticate via fingerprint scanning, with the intended outcome being an increase in efficiency while reducing costs over time. [end] 

Retail Pro International, a developer of retail industry management software solutions, has announced a partnership with biometric technology developer M2SYS.

The new partnership will see Retail Pro’s RightPOS solution, a point-of-sale-based solution for authenticating users of a register as they process transactions and for employee time and attendance, integrated with M2SYS’s Hybrid Biometric Platform. The partnership will enable any client using RightPOS to do away with employee passwords or PINs for authentication purposes.

The Omni Dallas Hotel has selected InvoTech Systems Inc. for its ultra-high frequency (UHF) RFID uniform system inventory software.

The 1,001 room luxury hotel will be provided with InvoTech’s GIMS garment tracking software and all related equipment including approximately 6,000 UHF RFID laundry tags, valued at $150,000.
