AeroScout announces European partnerships

AeroScout Inc., provider of Unified Assets Visibility solutions, has announced a series of strategic partnerships with an eye toward expanding its European market presence. Through the partnerships, firms including Dimension Data, Hewlett Packard, Nextira One and Telindus become AeroScout Gold-Level Value Added Resellers and will offer AeroScout’s Wi-Fi Active RFID solutions to European organizations in a variety of industries.


AeroScout already has numerou customers throughout the European market. Several customers have large active RFID deployments, each with more than 15,000 assets tracked. The company’s MobileView software is available in a number of major European languanges, including French, German, Spanish and Portugese. The new deal, however, adds to a list of major partners who will offer AeroScout solutions to complement their WLAN and networking platforms, industry expertise and integration services in Europe. [end] 

AeroScout announced that COTEMAR, S.A. de C.V., is using AeroScout’s real-time location system (RTLS) to enhance worker safety on its four offshore housing platforms.

The AeroScout Worker Safety solution used by COTEMAR includes AeroScout MobileView software and Wi-Fi RFID tags attached to a lanyard that must be worn by every staff member, guest and visitor during their stay at one of the facilities.
